A home is required for safe stay and living. There are an increasing number of people becoming homeless due to various reasons including poverty, space crunch and natural disasters all over the world. Whatever might be the reason, people get deprived of sleep, safety and dignity without a home. Understanding the plight of the homeless, 1008 Names of Shiva Association has started the movement of building simple yet comfortable homes for the homeless. We have already begun constructing orphanages, old age homes, rehabilitations homes and homes for destitute children in India and Cambodia and also wish to spread our wings of good work all over the world.
